The second impression, in which certain errors in the first impression (Evans 18147) have been corrected. The first word on p. 10 is "defects." - Probably the "second edition" advertised as "this day published, and to be sold by Francis Bailey" in the Pennsylvania gazette for Feb. 5, 1783. Evans entry 18148 calls for "The second edition" but locates no copy.
