- Attributed by Evans to William Andrews, the pseudonym which appeared on the title page of the first three issues.
- Calculated by David Rittenhouse. The calculations and astronomical notes on the calendar pages are identical with those in Father Abraham's almanack for 1776 (Philadelphia), calculated by Rittenhouse. A few notes have been added or omitted, and the column of tides has been replaced by one for the moon's age. The eclipse calculations (p. [2]) are also duplicated.
