Arrêt du Conseil d'État du roi, portant que l'emprunt de dix millions de rentes héréditaires, créées par l'édit de décembre 1782, n'aura effet que pour les cinq millions desdites rentes qui ont été levées jusqu'à présent : & que le tirage des remboursemens de ces cinq millions de rentes, au capital de cent millions, se fera le 10 du présent mois, conformément audit édit : du 1.er décembre 1783.
