Volume 1 of this edition is known to exist in at least 2 states; in state 1, pages 369, 372, 373, 374, 375, 376 and 377 are misnumbered 371, 374, 375, 375, 374, 378, and 379 respectively; in state 2, all are correctly numbered except pages 374 and 375 which are numbered 375 and 374 respectively. Page 167 is misnumbered 169 in both states.
Volume 2 has pages 137, 346, and 437 misnumbered 237, 446, and 137 respectively.
