"Richard Saunders" is a pseudonym.

The calculator was William Waring. The calculations and astronomical notes on the calendar pages are identical with those in Poor Will's almanack for 1792 (Philadelphia), by Waring, except that the times for the sun are adjusted slightly in most months. There are fewer columns of calculations, and a few notes are added or omitted, chiefly for the length of day. Waring's eclipse predictions are duplicated on p. [30].
