Formerly with table of contents, now missing; first three items probably lost of misbound elsewhere, since old numbering is 4 -11; purchased from Dufief, 1801-03, by Col. William Duane; sold by him in 1822 to the Athenaeum of Philadelphia (23); sold in turn by it, 22 December 1885, to the Historical Society of Pennsylvania.
