Anno regni Georgii III. Magnae Britanniae, Franciae et Hiberniae tricesimo quinto. At the General Assembly, begun and holden at Quebec, the eleventh day of November, anno Domini 1793, in the thirty-third year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third, by the grace of God of Great Britain, France and Ireland King, Defender of the Faith. &c. And from thence continued by several prorogations to the thirtieth [i.e., thirty-first] day of May, 1794, being the second session of the first General Assembly of Lower-Canada.
