- Summary:
- This book, that initiates the Colección Pensamiento Selvaje, was inspired by the conversation held in Buenos Aires in September 2022 between the indigenous thinker Ailton Krenak and the Kaiowá indigenous leader Jacque Andarahú along with the decolonial feminist thinker Karina Bidaseca. Its starting point is an oxymoron that arises from the future idea of the end of the world. An experimental musician (Matías I. Lustman) and an art historian (Rocío Sosa) join in this intellectual and artistic journey that resignifies the wild thought that Claude Lévi-Strauss conceived towards thought "selvagem" of Krenak in the convergence between modern science and indigenous thought; of the ethnographic and shamanic pact; of the Amerindian perspectivism proposed by Viveiros de Castro; of the ravages of capitalism; of the "ancestral future", and of the capacity of these peoples to create new worlds.
