Summary:
Glen is faced with the challenge of creating accessible environments for people with disabilities. He must contend with various stakeholders (e.g., students, employees, businesses and vendors, sports fans, administrators, and alumni) within his organization to identify accessibility issues and solutions. Glen knows that disabilities may be experienced differently and that solutions are not standardized and has asked for help. This case asks students to assist Glen in providing recommendations that will incorporate accessibility into his organization. Students will be asked to create and present an accessibility plan that integrates identified physical and virtual accessibility issues, which will enhance a disability-friendly workplace and promote accessibility to stakeholders.
