Matrix Society for Social Service is a Non-Government Organization (NGO) promoting the welfare of marginalized communities and sustainable development in India. Its founder, R.K. Singh, must prioritize spending on core operations and donor relationships, while also complying with new regulations. Several important transformations were required at Matrix to successfully navigate the long-term impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the emerging digital landscape, and the immediate consequences of the regulatory changes.
