- The case presents the very early stages of EasyAccess, an Italian space-booking startup, from ideation to first client. It follows the early steps of Marco Moretti, the idea originator and co-founder, providing some background on his experience prior to the development of the business idea, and then describes the journey from early development to deployment of the first working version of the app, highlighting some of the most significant moments. The case has been written based on lengthy interviews with the co-founders, their first client, and two of their professors.
