However, with the lifting of restrictions, organizations began urging employees to return to work from the office (WFO) for various reasons. The call to return to WFO met with resistance from employees accustomed to various benefits from WFH. Tech Solutions, an Indian information technology firm, faced such challenges as its employees resisted returning to the office.
