Summary:
The work-from-home (WFH) model was critical to service continuity and delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, with the lifting of restrictions, organizations began urging employees to return to work from the office (WFO) for various reasons. The call to return to WFO met with resistance from employees accustomed to various benefits from WFH. Tech Solutions, an Indian information technology firm, faced such challenges as its employees resisted returning to the office. The company also saw increased turnover among employees called back to the office for various project- and customer-related requirements. Tech Solutions wanted to use data to understand the factors affecting employee turnover. The company hoped to use logistic regression to predict reactions and make informed decisions about which employees to call back to the office.
