- This book describes the theoretical aspects and practical cases that digital technologies and open science tools provide for the digital transformation of education. It also presents the results of scientific research and various surveys among students and teachers. The surveys were conducted to obtain feedback and real data on the advantages, features and disadvantages of using digital technologies in the educational process. The book consists of three sections, each of which covers important aspects of the introduction and use of digital technologies for education management, training, and professional development of specialists in various fields. The first part is "Digital Transformations in Education: Implementing New Knowledge Management Strategies". It discusses platforms for distance and hybrid learning, immersive technologies, open educational resources, and online encyclopaedias and considers various ways to create an accessible and high-quality educational environment in the context of digital transformation. The second part is "Unleashing Potential: Knowledge Management and Digital Technologies in Higher Education". It presents specific cases on the use of digital technologies for higher education that are already being implemented or can be applied in Ukraine and recommendations for practical use. Third part is "Digital Technologies for Scientists' Advanced Training". The section is dedicated to the implementation of the concept of open science in the training of specialists in various fields, Ukraine's integration into the global educational and scientific community and overcoming barriers to access to knowledge, and covers the issues of teacher evaluation and research assessment.
