- 《成唯識論》，唐玄奘譯。玄奘，俗姓陳，本名褘，河南洛州緱氏縣人。他是法相宗的創始人，奠定了中國佛教唯識學説。他通曉當時各種佛教學説，善于講經辯博，并致力于翻譯佛經，譯有佛學經典75部，達1300多卷。本書原名應是《唯成識論》，此名由于不符合唐代語言規範，因作調整，改稱《成唯識論》，意爲唯識義理明净極成，故名。本書爲大乘佛教瑜伽行派創始人世親《唯識三十頌》及唯識"十大論師"注述之漢文編譯本。本次整理，卷一至卷五及卷八、卷十以金藏廣勝寺本爲底本，卷六、七、九以麗藏本爲底本。本書原收入《中華大藏經（漢文部分）·正編》第三〇册。
