- 《章太炎年譜長編》，湯志鈞編。章炳麟，號太炎，浙江餘杭人，光緒十九年（1893）入杭州詁經精舍，從俞樾學經學，後受甲午戰争刺激，積極開展維新變法活動、革命等，晚年寓居蘇州，以講學爲業。本書主要按照不同歷史階段，結合章太炎思想活動，分五卷編次：1868-1894年爲第1卷，1895-1905年爲第2卷，1906-1911年爲第3卷，1912-1918年爲第4卷，1919-1936年爲第5卷。增訂部分仍按原書5卷分卷。每卷前附按語，説明這一階段的國内外形勢和章氏的思想活動，基本上以年月爲經，以事實爲緯，適當照顧有關事件。側重記述章太炎的相關政治、學術情况。
