- 《五代史補》，陶岳撰，黄寶華整理。陶岳（？-1022），湖南永州祁陽人，東晋名臣陶侃之後，世居廬江潯陽。陶岳嫌棄薛居正等所修《五代史》尚多缺略，因取諸國創業割據事迹，撰成此書。約作於宋真宗時期。今存本較晁公武《郡齋讀書志》所載缺三條，大概有所亡佚。《四庫全書總目》謂："雖亦不免疏失，然當《薛史》既出之後，能綱羅散失，裨益闕遺，於史學要不爲無助也。"可見其史料價值頗高。本次整理，以紫藤書屋叢刻本爲底本，校以文淵閣《四庫全書》本及《豫章叢書》本。本書收入《全宋筆記》中。
