- 本書30卷，是馬宗霍先生的遺稿，是繼黄暉《論衡校釋》、劉盼遂《論衡集解》之後，又一部研究王充《論衡》的力作。是書對前述兩部書多有補充和糾正，尤其在文字詁訓、疏通詞理方面貢獻尤大，凡1180多條。全書語言精煉，引據浩博，識斷甚高，反映了老一輩學者深厚的國學素養。本書寫成于1959年，一直未得刊行，此爲該書首次出版面世。先生哲嗣馬志謙先生也做了部分整理工作，并提供了相關資料，書後附有《馬宗霍傳略》。
