- 本書共17卷，是南宋洪興祖爲補東漢王逸注本《楚辭章句》而作，先列原注，而後補注于下。一般都逐條疏通，特别對名物訓詁作了詳盡的考證和詮釋，對舊注常有駁正，并廣徵博引，因而保存了一些後世失傳的相關説解資料。本次標點以汲古閣本爲底本，據《四部叢刊》影印明翻宋本及《文選》李善注等作了一些校正，同時參考了程金造先生的句讀和校勘記。
