- 《酒譜》，宋竇蘋著。竇蘋，北宋人，生卒年不詳，汶上（即今山東汶上）人，字子野，在宋神宗時任大理寺詳斷官，哲宗元祐年間任大理寺司直。《酒譜》分爲内外二篇，内篇包括酒之源、酒之名、酒之事、酒之功、温克、亂德、誡失七篇，外篇包括神異、異域酒、性味、飲器、酒令、酒之文、酒之詩七篇，卷末又有作者後記。本書所收材料範圍廣博，圍繞着"酒"這一中心話題，記述奇人奇物，旁徵博引，爲讀者介紹了許多關于酒的奇聞軼事。本次整理，以1927年涵芬樓據明抄本《説郛》排印的版本爲底本，還參校了宋刊《百川學海》與《唐宋叢書》本。
