- 《毗陵食品拾遺》一卷，清管幹貞撰。葉舟點校。管幹貞，字陽復，號松崖，陽湖人，乾隆十一年（1746）進士，官至漕運總督。此書記載當時常州一地風味食品，包括葷素、小吃、水果、調味、烹飪方法等，且有考證，每條并附釋文，是研究當時常州飲食習俗和社會風尚的重要資料。此書有乾隆刻本，另有民國十三年鉛印本與《誦詩一隅》合刊。收入《清代常州地方史料彙編》，在《常州歷史文獻叢書·第二輯》中。
