《隨園食單》,清袁枚著,陳偉明譯注。作者袁枚(1716-1797),字子才,號簡齋,又號隨園老人,今浙江杭州人氏。袁枚是清代著名的散文家和詩人,也是著名的美食大師。本書分爲須知單、戒單、海鮮單、江鮮單、特牲單、雜牲單、羽族單、水族有鱗單、水族無鱗單、雜素菜單、小菜單、點心單、飯粥單、茶酒單十四個部分,詳細論述了中國14至18世紀中葉流行的三百多種菜式,爲後人留下了反映清代飲食文化的寶貴歷史文獻。本書以清嘉慶年間的隨園藏板爲底本,參考了其他較爲通行的版本,希望讀者可以通過閲讀此書對中國傳統文化有更多的瞭解與認識。
