- 《光緒徵要録》，李宗棠輯，李興武校點。李宗棠，字柏蔭，一字隱伯，别號江南吏隱、千倉舊主。本書是李宗棠輯録的自清光緒二十一年（1895）4月14日至光緒二十四年（1898）12月29日近4年間朝廷發布的聖旨、懿旨共396道。李宗棠收集整理編輯成書，共10卷，是爲了讓百姓盡快瞭解朝廷新政决策，表現出他希望朝廷革弊維新、圖存求强的願望。本次整理，以原版膠片爲底本，并依據《清史編年》第12卷所收録的相關内容對部分重要諭旨進行了全文對比。本書是當時最高統治者對國情民意的基本分析和判斷，是對變法圖强、重振國勢、决策走向的實踐探索，爲我們今天全面深刻瞭解晚清社會、重新認識近代中國提供了重要材料。
