- 《東瀛觀兵紀事》，清程恩培撰，李興武點校。程恩培，安徽阜陽人，其父程文炳，爲淮軍名將。程恩培早年至京城衙門當差，後投效其父軍營。曾多次赴日考察，後轉爲實業救國。程氏早年即有赴日經驗，光緒二十七年（1901）9月至10月，程氏以浙江觀兵官全省營務處候補道身份，再次率團赴日參觀秋演、考察軍事并參觀學校和工廠。在日期間悉心研究日本政治、軍事、經濟、法律、財政、金融等情狀，撰成此書。與《日本變法次第類考》一同收入《程恩培集》。
