- 本書10卷，是北宋政治家吕惠卿代表作《莊子義》足本整理本的第一次問世。此次整理以金世宗大定十二年刻本《莊子義》爲底本，以國家圖書館藏俄國亞細亞博物院影印黑水城本、《道藏》本《南華真經義海纂微》、《四庫》本等版本爲參校本，并補入北宋褚伯秀《南華真經義海纂微》和明代焦竑《莊子翼》兩書所摘録的《莊子義》注文。本書的出版對吕惠卿思想、北宋政治史以及《莊子義》的研究有良好的推動作用。
