- 《救荒急議》，方濬師著，王娟點校。本書是清末的一部救災書，方濬師在本書中提出救荒四急之法，即當務之急，糶賑之急，捐輸之急，善後之急。本次整理，以清光緒三年（1877）稿本爲底本。本書原收入《中國荒政書集成》中。《中國荒政書集成》是迄今爲止較爲重要、也是最有分量的災荒史文獻資料集。該書輯録了宋至清末出版的各類荒政著作，精選善本，以稿本、初刻本或通行本爲底本。通過本書可以窺見中國救荒制度的變遷歷程。
