- 《約山亭詩稿評注》，5卷，乃李永紹詩集評注。李永紹一生筆耕不輟，現存詩歌多爲致仕後閑居約山亭所作，頗有澹雅之致。今傳《約山亭詩稿》依其家傳抄本分爲《禮》《樂》《射》《御》《書》5卷，共888題，内容以天象和時令節氣爲主，保留了許多關于膠東民諺和農事規律方面的資料；同時亦記載了東北獨特的風土人情，描繪了康雍時期北京都市風情，且留下了不少關于書畫評論的詩篇，再現了清代康雍時期宫廷大臣們的生活和思想，具有較高的史料價值。
