- 《王侍郎奏議》，清王茂蔭撰，張新旭、張成權、殷君伯點校。王茂蔭，清道光十二年（1832）進士，隨授户部主事，後爲員外郎，任太常寺少卿、户部右侍郎等，爲清政府主管財政貨幣的大臣之一。王氏于時素有"直聲清節"之譽，先後凡上百餘疏，多輯于本書。本書記載了王氏爲清政府振弊興利的種種主張，包括貨幣方案、振興人才等奏議。本次整理以光緒二十五年（1899）刊本爲底本，此本據其家藏抄本刊印，參校以光緒十三年（1887）刊本，收入《安徽古籍叢書》。
