- 《全芳備祖 茶》，陳景沂撰，方健整理。陳景沂，名咏，以字行。本書前集著録花果、草木類植物120種左右，後集著録果卉、草木、農桑、蔬葉類植物170餘種，是我國最早的栽培植物學類書，也是我國農學著作中具有里程碑意義的巨著。本次整理，于每條末注明出處并檢核始出之書，參校宋本、《四庫全書》本。本書原收入《中國茶書全集校證》中。《中國茶書全集校證》，方健彙編考證。本書將中國古代的茶書全面搜集，一網打盡，收羅歷代茶書101種。内容涉及茶葉、茶法、茶政、茶制等茶文化歷史的諸多方面。其中大多文獻皆經作者考辨、輯佚、校勘，具有極高的學術價值。
