- 《食物本草 宜茶之水》，姚可成輯，方健整理。此書爲明代茶書，分爲水、木、火、金、土等16部，1000多味。此書記載了各類名水、名泉等740餘處，十分注重擇水與飲食的關聯。這些遍及全國各地的水文地理資料，充分揭示了飲用水的特質與功效，符合天人合一的養生觀；但也不乏迷信傳説的思想。本次整理，以達美君等點校本《食物本草》爲底本。本書原收入《中國茶書全集校證》中。《中國茶書全集校證》，方健彙編考證。本書將中國古代的茶書全面搜集，一網打盡，收羅歷代茶書101種。内容涉及茶葉、茶法、茶政、茶制等茶文化歷史的諸多方面。其中大多文獻皆經作者考辨、輯佚、校勘，具有極高的學術價值。
