- 《馬政志》，陳講撰，方健整理。此書爲明代茶馬政書，是嘉靖二年（1523）陳講以御史巡視陝西馬政時所撰，共4卷。該書詳細叙述了明代的馬政，對研究明代馬政史具有一定的參考價值。本次整理，以嘉靖十一年（1532）重刻本爲底本。本書原收入《中國茶書全集校證》中。《中國茶書全集校證》，方健彙編考證。本書將中國古代的茶書全面搜集，一網打盡，收羅歷代茶書101種。内容涉及茶葉、茶法、茶政、茶制等茶文化歷史的諸多方面。其中大多文獻皆經作者考辨、輯佚、校勘，具有極高的學術價值。
