- 《敕修百丈清規 茶禮儀》，元釋德煇撰，方健整理。該書是《百丈清規》中的5至8章，記載了宋元時期的禪寺茶事之規，從中可見對日本茶道形成的影響。本次整理，以日本《茶道古典全集》本爲底本，參校以《大正藏·續藏經》本、宫内聽書陵部本及從中土流入的明本等。本書原收入《中國茶書全集校證》中。《中國茶書全集校證》，方健彙編考證。本書將中國古代的茶書全面搜集，一網打盡，收羅歷代茶書101種。内容涉及茶葉、茶法、茶政、茶制等茶文化歷史的諸多方面。其中大多文獻皆經作者考辨、輯佚、校勘，具有極高的學術價值。
