- 《歷代馬政志》，蔡方炳撰，方健整理。此書爲清代茶馬政書，意在概述歷代茶馬、馬政的利弊得失，具有一定的價值；但所取史料較爲狹隘，且大量删減引文，錯訛也較多。本次整理，以《續修四庫全書》本爲底本。本書原收入《中國茶書全集校證》中。《中國茶書全集校證》，方健彙編考證。本書將中國古代的茶書全面搜集，一網打盡，收羅歷代茶書101種。内容涉及茶葉、茶法、茶政、茶制等茶文化歷史的諸多方面。其中大多文獻皆經作者考辨、輯佚、校勘，具有極高的學術價值。
