- 《述煮茶小品》，亦稱《述煮茶泉品》，宋葉清臣著，唐晓云整理校點。葉清臣，字道卿，長洲人，天聖二年（1024）進士。本書約撰于康定元年（1040），談飲茶之趣，茶葉之質，泉品之别。此次據《説郛》本整理，參以《四庫全書》本。與《荈茗録》《茶録》《東溪試茶録》《本朝茶法》《品茶要録》《鬥茶記》《大觀茶論》《宣和北苑貢茶録》《北苑别録》《煮茶夢記》一同收入《茶録 外十種》。
