《品茶要録》,宋黄儒著,唐晓云整理校點。黄儒,字道輔,北宋建安人。黄氏認爲陸羽在《茶經》中疏忽了建安茶,故特述茶的鑒别標準。全書10篇,1至9篇論製茶過程中應避免的弊端,第10篇論茶葉産地的重要性。本次整理以商務印書館排印涵芬樓《説郛》百卷本爲底本,參校《四庫全書》本。與《荈茗録》《述煮茶小品》《茶録》《東溪試茶録》《本朝茶法》《鬥茶記》《大觀茶論》《宣和北苑貢茶録》《北苑别録》《煮茶夢記》一同收入《茶録 外十種》。
