- 《論賑芻言》，劉鍾琳撰，夏明方點校。本書是劉鍾琳在光緒二十九年（1903）賑災成都時所作，從義賑和官賑兩方面提出詳細的賑災之策。本次整理，以清宣統元年（1909）鉛印本爲底本。本書原收入《中國荒政書集成》中。《中國荒政書集成》是迄今爲止較爲重要、也是最有分量的災荒史文獻資料集。該書輯録了宋至清末出版的各類荒政著作，精選善本，以稿本、初刻本或通行本爲底本。通過本書可以窺見中國救荒制度的變遷歷程。
