- 《荒政考略》，清張能麟撰，夏明方點校。康熙十八年（1679）山東饑荒，張能麟賑災，并作《荒政考略》。書中輯録了經史中所載的荒政事宜，以及與荒政相關的事實、奏疏、策論、雜文。本次整理，以清康熙十九年（1680）刻本爲底本。本書原收入《中國荒政書集成》中。《中國荒政書集成》是迄今爲止較爲重要、也是最有分量的災荒史文獻資料集。該書輯録了宋至清末出版的各類荒政著作，精選善本，以稿本、初刻本或通行本爲底本。通過本書可以窺見中國救荒制度的變遷歷程。
