- 《鬻子箋證》，2卷，附録1卷，周鬻熊撰。《漢志》記載鬻熊爲周王室之師，被封爲楚祖，鬻子思想有守柔、辯證的特點，所以被認爲是楚國道家的開山之祖。《隋志》將其列爲諸子道家第一，而《四庫提要》則疑其爲後人效仿賈誼而作的贗本。該書主要記録了上古時期的清明政治和爲政方法，與近年來出土的文獻資料多有吻合之處。這些出土的文獻資料作爲附録一并列在書後。張京華對該書做了箋證，意在會通上古道術之殘篇，并認同此書所載是道家思想。
