- 《釋諺》，清平步青撰。平步青，字景孫，號棟山，浙江山陰人，同治元年（1862）進士，授翰林院編修，任江西督糧道，曾署江西布政使、按察使。同治十一年（1872）棄官歸鄉，校輯群書，晚年輯所著爲《香雪崦叢書》。本書是《香雪崦叢書》丙集《霞外攟屑》的第10卷，總計176條，不分類。每條先列出被釋詞，與今俗制度、慣例相關者先作簡單説明，隨後再徵引數條例證或觀點，所引大多來源于各類筆記、文集及各種方言、俗語著作，每段最後附按語對所引内容進行解釋、訂正或增補。本次整理以上海古籍出版社《續修四庫全書》影印民國六年《香雪崦叢書》所收爲底本，參校他本。與《邇言》《語竇》《常語尋源》《俗説》一同收入《邇言等五種》一書。
