- Letter to Wolf Gottlieb, rabbi of Glasgow's Queens Park Hebrew Congregation and head of the Scottish Rabbinical Court, informing of his whereabouts - he was called to officiate the High Holidays in Finland and to minister to the Jewish communities there, and that he hoped to return to England after Sukkot. Addressed :"Rabbi Dr. W. Gottlieb, 25, Camphill Avenue, Glasgow, S.I., Scotland" from "Rabbi S. Kahana, as from Turku, Brahenkatu 8, Finland".
