Colo."), probably of Frederick Marcus Cummings (1867-1939) on front pastedown and blue ink stamp ("WM. H. YOUNG, Bookseller, Stationer, AND BLANK BOOK MANUFACTURER NOS. 8 & 9 FIRST AND 214 RIVER STS. TROY, N.Y.") of William Henry Young (1817-1904) on back pastedown. Volume 1: left board detached and backstrip partially detached; plate from 14 January 1881 issue of Building news and engineering journal laid in. Volume 2: boards and backstrip detached.
