- Summary:
- "In 1929, a Russian engineer by the name of Pyotr Vladimirovich Mozharov designed a new motorcycle and started a motorcycle production factory in the Russian town of Izhevsk. In the early 21st century, the plant closed, as it had fallen behind the times and became unable to successfully compete and produce more modern motorcycle products. However, more than just one generation of Russian motorcycle enthusiasts had grown up with that factory’s machines, so that as a result, Mozharov’s brand of motorcycles, the IZh, still retained plenty of loyal fans and nostalgic followers, all the way up to this very day"-- Heritage Broadcasting Service
