- Issued in cloth-covered clamshell box with printed paper spine label.
- Illustrated with screen prints hightened with gold leaf. Two illustrations "Satsuki in Moonbeam" and a portrait of Gloria Stuart are signed and numbered.
- Bound in soft gold leather over boards. The front cover is made of cast paper with mesh backing and features three cut out tree trunks in the form of human figures creating an opening through which the colored leaves that follow are partly visible.
