- Hannah Mormann (Dr. phil.), geb. 1980, lehrt und forscht am Soziologischen Seminar der Universität Luzern. Ihre Arbeitsschwerpunkte sind Organisationssoziologie und Technikforschung.

- Wie modelliert Software die Welt von Organisationen? Welche soziale Bedeutung kommt der komplexen Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik zu?Anhand der weit verbreiteten Standardsoftware von SAP, die in vielen unterschiedlichen Organisationen (z.B. in Unternehmen, staatlichen Behörden und Universitätsverwaltungen) zur Gestaltung betriebswirtschaftlicher Abläufe verwendet wird, geht Hannah Mormann den damit verbundenen sozialen Deutungskämpfen nach. Auf der Grundlage von Interviews mit Softwareentwicklern, Beratern und Anwendern erklärt sie das Organisationsmodell und die Verbreitungsmechanismen der Software und zeigt auf, wie die Technik SAP in den Organisationsalltag verschiedener Unternehmen integriert wird und diese (mit-)gestaltet.
