- Completed on 15 Shevat, 5325 (February 14, 1565) -- colophon, leaf [28]2 verso; colophon precedes a chapter synopsis organized by responsa number -- leaves [28]3 recto - [29]3 verso. Reigning monarch mentioned in imprint -- Suleiman I, Sultan of the Turks (Suleiman the Magnificent, who died at the Siege of Szigetvár on 6 September 1566 (Yaari is incorrect by reading the colophon as 15 Shevat 1568).
- Printed in the printing house of Solomon Jabez, Istanbul; additionally printed by Hạyim, son of Shemuʼel Ashkenazi (also known as Samuel Helicz or Paweł Helicz, formerly printers in Kraków and Wrocław, Poland, later of Istanbul) -- Yaari.
- Contains novellae on Tractates Shevuʻot, Bava kamma and Ketubbot.
- Printed honoring Doña Gracia Nasi, head of the House of Mendes, and her nephew Joseph Nasi upon his marriage, at the behest of the author -- printed incipit; Gracia Nasi was a benefactor of the author and his yeshivah in İstanbul.

Stamp of Mosheh Avigdor (likely of Istanbul, a rabbinical surname); Dropsie (bookplate), Annenberg (stamp).
