- Dr. Trudie Rossouw conducts mentalization-based teletherapy with a client who presents as a White adolescent female with fear, anxiety, and negative self-talk related to a romantic relationship. Using a series of questions, empathic interpretations, and illustration-based demonstrations, Dr. Rossouw helps the client to understand and differentiate between her own mental states and those of her romantic partner.
