Summary:

Clinical psychologist Dr. Bob Knight conducts an individual psychotherapy session with an 82-year-old Caucasian female client. The client presents with concerns relating to adjustment and stress of caring for a husband who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease 5 years earlier.
