Summary:
Dr. Lorne Korman talks with a woman who wants to understand more about her anger and learn how to control it. Her anger is worst when she is frustrated by unexpected or unplanned things, when she feels that she doesn't have control over situations, and when she feels trapped. Korman explains what anger is and the distinction between its healthy and unhealthy aspects. His main concern is to help the client reduce the intensity of her anger. Throughout the session, Korman points out the anger control strategies the client already has and teaches her some other behavioral strategies she can use to lessen its intensity
