- Arthur Freeman works with a couple who have been experiencing a variety of life stressors since the husband suffered a heart attack. At the time of the session, he is unable to work and his wife is a graduate student. They express their concerns about financial issues, the husband's unemployment and future work prospects, and the wife's abilities to manage her roles as caretaker, student, and wage earner.
