- Using integrative Adlerian therapy, Jon Carlson works with a recently married couple in their 20s experiencing marital conflict. In this first of six sessions, the therapist tries to understand and illuminate the interaction process that leads to their conflict. Carlson also attempts to understand the transgenerational patterns of behavior in the couple's relationship.
