Summary:
Dr. Jon Carlson continues therapy with a middle aged woman who wants to learn better coping skills for dealing with stress. Since the last session, she has been having a hard time taking naps, but she has been keeping in touch with friends and trying to smile more often and stay positive. She still has trouble asking for help from anyone, and she and Dr. Carlson discuss her need to let her loved ones know when she needs a break, even if she feels there is no one else who can help. She needs to see her health and her well-being as important. Dr. Carlson reinforces the need for her to value herself so that she doesn't run herself to the point of being ill, and that others will make room in their schedule if she needs a break
